Our location offers a number of commercial spaces for small businesses ranging from 800 SF to 2200 SF. All commercial will be ADA accessible. Each commercial office will have its own kitchenette, but will share ADA restroom facilities on the same floor. The ground and second floors will be served by an oversized elevator.

Our on-site amenities will include a large, urban-style open space that will host meeting rooms, open collaborative areas, conversation areas and a presentation stage complete with full audio/visual support available to our tenants 24/7. This space provides a flexible work and client meeting area with a "wow" factor so that our tenants can have the on-site convenience of supporting client and staff meetings instead of using off-site locations or leasing unnecessarily large offices to provide this support in-house. Meeting rooms within our business collaborative space can be physically patched to your internal office network for fast and secure access to your office files.

Live/Work Lofts for Dedicated Entrepreneurs

Live/Work is "living at work" versus "working from home". Existing companies launching a new branch office where the owner may travel often - either spontaneously or for extended periods of time - until the new branch is firmly established have the convenience of a place to stay and maintain a residence without the hassles of planning ahead and packing, commuting from hotels, finding placed to park, using a laundromat and eating out.
